FREE SENIOR FITNESS CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS
Are you or your senior loved ones ready for an invigorating and inclusive senior exercise class? The classes will be held every Thursday at 9AM located at the Oswego Senior Center on 723 Commercial St. we will be holding a different kind of video-led fitness class designed specifically for older adults at all fitness levels – from beginners to the more advanced. Join us for a wonderful opportunity to increase your strength, flexibility, and improve balance using a variety of techniques, whether standing or from the comfort of a chair. Our classes are focused on promoting proper body mechanics, posture, and balance. We understand the unique needs and challenges that come with aging, which is why we have found expert instructors that tailor each session to ensure maximum benefit for every participant.
In addition to enhancing overall flexibility and strength, we believe in ending each session on a serene note. That’s why we incorporate Qi Gong routines into our classes. Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on breath control, gentle movements, and meditation – aiming to harmonize mind, body, and spirit.
Our Qi Gong sessions will be different every week, focused on different areas such as Brain Optimization, Improving Memory, Removing “Brain Fog”, Building Balance, Arthritis Relief, Hip Health, Relieving bloating and trapped gas, and how to relieve Anxiety naturally.
